I had an excellent experience renting at Extra Space Storage on 408 N Primrose Dr. in Orlando. The office staff and property manager were incredibly accommodating, especially when my move-out dates fluctuated due to an untimely illness. They were always understanding and treated me like a valued customer, making it clear they genuinely appreciated my business. The team was also incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visited. Their rental prices were competitive, and the facility itself was always clean, safe, and secure—giving me complete peace of mind. I also appreciated the covered drive-up area, which made loading and unloading much easier, even in bad weather. Although my unit was on the second floor, the elevators were always functional, and flat carts were readily available, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would have happily continued renting here. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!
