I've been using this storage facility for about a years now…..The new staff is good. The facility itself is very clean and secure, with 24/7 video surveilance and electronic gate access. I also appreciate the wide driveways, which makes it easy to maneuver my big truck.

The facility was really crowded during moving time, which made it a bit frustrating. However, the staff was helpful, and the units are clean and secure. Maybe they could improve the traffic flow during peak hours. Busy is a good thing though I guess. Extra Space is doing better job.

I visited this storage facility to consider renting a unit, but ultimately decided not to rent for a few reasons. the cleanliness and security of the facility were good. Drive through units were the best but not the cheapest

It is a great storage facility, it is much better than their competitors . They always put the customers first and resolve any issues with a resolution quickly.
