Today my wife and l interfaced with Tyler and Jennifer. We went up to our storage unit to put some Christmas bins away and stopped at the front desk to negotiate a better rate instead of a proposed rate increase. They were both a pleasure to work with and immediately reached out to the owner in an attempt to negotiate on our behalf and keep us as loyal long term customers.
