This morning I called Extra Space Storage to check on my account. I had the pleasure of speaking with Emily who was very attentive to my concerns. She assured me that my account was still active and in good standings with the company. She offered to accept my payment over the phone, as an option. More importantly, since I'm a good customer, she looked into approving a discount for my storage fees. Emily was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. I’ve been a customer of Extra Space Storage for a couple of years and I’ve never had a problem with them. Storage cost seems to be fair.
