So far so good. If this review was only about Tracy, the woman in the office, I would have given a 5 star review! Tracy was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to decide which unit I wanted to rent. I loved her personality and friendliness. She was genuine about it, not that syrupy sweet fake type. So that was great!! Now the reason I couldn’t give the whole 5 stars is that the unit was just a little on the dirty side. It looks like a former renter may have spilled oil or something. I think they did clean it up but I still put some plastic over it just in case. I just don’t want it seeping through my boxes. There was also more spiders in there than I would have liked. All in all I think they did the best they could. The only other thing is that the key pad that you enter your gate code in is awkward and I have to get all the way out of my car to get to it. So, yeah definitely a decent spot for my needs.
