Lynette was running the extra space storage location on US 41 behind the Walmart neighborhood market in Port Charlotte today. I wish the regular manager was on point and as detailed helpful and intelligent as Lynette. Seems sometimes they just don't pick the brightest associates or employees to be the managers!! Lynette would make the perfect manager!!! I'm in the hospital in Sarasota and Lynette went out of her way to make it so my family could get in my storage unit. Shewent above and beyond for me and My family! you don't many people in customer service who do that these days. If I could rate her service 10 stars I would!!! She had the lock cut off my unit and replaced with a new one and a matter of 10 minutes!!! Last time I lost my keys it took the normal manager an hour just to cut the lock off and look like he was going to die doing it!!! The normal manager will throw a temper tantrum and catch a major attitude if you so much as ask him to give you a ride in his lil golf cart to your unit!! Lynette really made my day and helped my family!! Very cheerful friendly and anxious to help with a big smile the whole time!!! She solved the problem that we didn't know how we were going to handle! A real problem solver took action and made things work out even though I was 50 mi away in a hospital bed. Thanks Lynette I'll be by to Thank you PERSONALLY soon. Curtis G
