I have had this storage unit for 15+ years. It sits high above the Indian River so no fear of flooding during a hurricane. It is climate control as I had precious photos, books, electronics, and a piano. I just close out the unit, giving many items away and shipping many family photos and and other items to my current home in the state of Washington. It took me 6 weeks to go through all the items. During the moving out process, the staff at this Rockledge facility was outstanding in supporting me. Especially Susy was extremely helpful in making my move less stressful, and accommodating my needs as they unfolded. Thanks for everything and providing great service.

It's as good as any other storage place, but the parking is way too small if you have more than a car or truck. Navigating a trailer is a major undertaking, especially if other cars are in the parking lot. The staff is friendly.
