(from 2024) This Extra Space location has helped me continue to buy the emotional time and sanity I've needed in dealing with a loss. While downsizing to a smaller unit, Karin helped make the move very, very smooth. She even lent me a temporary lock while I moved my belongings from one unit to another. :-) (from 2022) I have been a customer with Extra Space storage for many years now. Each time I interface with one of their facility managers, it's been a very pleasant and re-assuring experience. Today was no different. Brian helped me out on my renewal and was a delight! Thank you!!!! (from 2016) While shopping for long-term storage, I was armed with a series of vetting questions. What I hadn't put on my list was the customer service experience. Once I spoke with Joe, I felt very comfortable and confident in this operation and that put Extra Space over the edge with their competitors. Joe was very professional, respectful and helpful in answering my questions, even anticipating them! I'd highly recommend this business and working with Joe!

Man these are are something. I know that wanted to leave but they handle me and wife with class and not even a little did we get any vibes. Definitely best option dollar for space but the night make and head ache from cubesmart we are so happy we did. Thanks again
