Only giving 3 stars because of 2 things. 1. Dirty and smelly space when we moved in. 2. The rent keeps going up. Started at a reasonable monthly rate and it has nearly tripled in 3 years. In fact, I got 2 letters in the mail, same day, for two separate price hikes.
