We had an issue we had caused with the door of our unit and the manager came right out and helped us and brought out tools. She stayed with us til we got the door fixed. Unit is very clean and safe. They keep up with their units. If you need to store things, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Hillsborough Ave.
