When I first arrived in Tampa I secured an Extra Space Storage closest to my work location. Upon arrival I was informed the storage unit was not available as a result of a computer not being updated. The associates were very apologetic and recommended another location on South West Shore Blvd., they said it was a very clean and well maintained facility ran by Jay who was all about keeping a clean facility. They coordinated with Jay and I drove just south of my office and found a newer, clean, air conditioned facility ran by Jay. They were not wrong, from Jay’s personal appearance you could tell he took pride in himself and the facility he managed. He always greeted me with a smile, his conversation was polite and respectful. He made me feel like he truly appreciated my business. To Jay’s leadership. Jay is a great representative of your brand and demonstrates what a company should seek in its team members. I normally do not take the time to complete reviews, but for Jay I have taken the time.
