We needed an additional space VERY last minute at the end of business on a Saturday in order for us to unload a Uhaul before it needed to be returned the following day. I called 15 minutes before closing, and Bob, the manager, accommodated us very quickly! I feel like many employees at many businesses give bad service at the end of the day because they just want to go home, but we received amazing service! We also have another climate controlled unit at this location and have been very pleased. We have experienced rodent and pest issues at other storages in the past, but we have not had these issues here - our items are safe!
