It's literally hotter inside my storage unit than it is outside. Is that really climate control in a high income area? Don't these people deserve what they're paying for? I get the garbage outside, that the movers leave that you guys don't hold accountable. I kind of get the trash in the hallways from the people that "forget". You guys are afraid of holding people accountable. It's the simple thing of you guys just charging a little bit more money so that we can actually have real climate control at 70° like a normal place would. I feel for you owners, if you're keeping your houses 80°. I feel sorry for your relatives and pets living in 80°. Do not move your stuff here. "Climate Control". It's going to be 80° in your unit. That's all they are required to provide. The "10x10" units are far from those dimensions. Also, your rent will be raised every four months until you leave. Sell the items or donate them. This company is morally bankrupt and can't make money honestly. Not really clear why. If you want real climate control you're going to need to go somewhere else. This is a nice enough property with no noticeable crime. But yeah it's not really climate control. So sad to find out after moving in. I hope this saves someone the mistake of moving in here.
