I always get the best customer service at Life Storage but this weekend Deonte went well above and beyond. He helped me downsize my unit with ease. He explained the process and made it seamless. He also went well above and beyond by helping me load two very heavy items onto my car. He is always pleasant and professional but this help made all my worries and concerns go away.
