I had a great experience here for 4 years. Napoleon got me started back then. He was so kind as we sat on the golf cart to begin our tour. When I decided on the size I wanted, he made sure I knew how to securely close and lock it—making me practice until I had it right. He was awesome! I opted for one of the outdoor units. I was worried after the fact, thinking I should've paid the slight extra for indoors, but I was impressed with how well my things held up after 4 years. The grounds are very clean, and if I ever face the need for storage again, I would go back. Alli Herrod closed out my account. He was nice and even called me personally to say I overpaid and had a refund coming. So, an overall great experience here. Give it a try!
