Excellent Office staff! I reserved my unit online and NIKKI called me promptly the next morning with a welcome and instructions on what to do next. My phone died as soon as I arrived to move in and I could not get to the email with entry code and unit details. ANGELA quickly verified my purchase, provided a wallet card with access info for future reference, escorted me to my unit aaannnnd switched units on the spot when there was damage discovered inside of the unit I had been assigned!!!! The staff at Extra Space @ Lakewood is more attentive than my apartment leasing office … which is why I’m moving, lol. ??Thank you, Ladies!?? The stress free customer service is much appreciated !
