My initial experience was good. The ease of booking a rental online was good, the location was good, the price was GREAT. However what is not so great is the fact that every 3 to 9 months Extra Storage Space "system" increases your rental fee with no warning. My rental was increased by $27.00 with NO NOTICE. The fact that this can happen at any given time with no notice of the amount isn't a best business practice in my opinion. Do your research before renting here I didn't :( Needless to say move out date is scheduled.

We adjust our customers' rental rates on a 4-9 month basis to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility.
