Kim from extra space at 5208 Peachtree blvd is a blessing in disguise!!! I have been with extra space since life storage and when I tell you kim gives amazing customer service. From reviewing my reservation to making necessary modification she is a game changer!!! We need more Kim’s in the world because she is very thorough, empathetic and straight forward!!! As a customer those things matter especially when your prize possession are being held at this storage facility. I loss my daughter in a vehicle homicide and her last belongings are being held here and to know that Kim is like my belongings being held by myself. Kim continue to let your light and professionalism shine so that others can experience your service! I highly recommend not extra space but 5208 Peachtree blvd extra space specific if you want a trustworthy location!!!

Kim is the BEST!! I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit for six months and had an excellent experience. Kim made my move-in and move out process easy. I had a billing issue and Kim was professional and responsive: she answered all my questions promptly. The facility was always clean and moving carts available. Thank you for everything.
