Clean, modern, and air-conditioned facility with attentive (and pleasant!) staff. I immediately received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the Extra Space office on Dekalb Industrial. After asking a couple of questions and explaining my storage needs, Velonique recommended a unit that was a perfect fit. Not only that, she showed me how to use the cylinder lock and allowed me to try it under her guidance – I found super helpful since I hadn’t ever used a cylinder lock. I’ve since visited my unit multiple times, and called in with various questions, and have had consistently pleasant and helpful experiences. Overall: great facility – lovely staff – highly recommend!
