The customer service agent Tamekia was great. She greets everybody with a smile and was easy to work with. She has a very professional approach.She just made it easy to get all the information I needed.She maintains location and keeps it very clean. Tamekia got me a unit that was easy to access. I highly recommend the Life Storage on Veterans Memorial. Ask for Tamekia

I’ve been a tenant of Extra Space storage since 2020. Lots of changes have occurred with rental contracts for storage and it can be difficult to acquire assistance when needed. Quincy, who currently manages the Veterans Memorial facility, responded immediately to my phone call and took the time to advise me, offering suggestions to help resolve my dilemma. That doesn’t happen everyday. Thank you Quincy and Extra Storage Space for your assistance!!!

I must say Ms. Tamekia is something special. She has excellent customer service. She was very sympathetic with my situation towards my monthly bill and she just talked to me like a human being instead of a customer that needed to pay a bill. I really appreciate her. Keep her!!!!
