I originally booked a unit online but I didn't want to wait for someone to call me becausethe umit specificwas first- come-first served, so I contacted them. Jennifer was away from the office when I called, but she took my call and rushed back into the office to get my rental taken care of. She was fantastic! She was professional, understanding of my questions, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you for a great experience!

We came in to park our van in a space I had rented a few days before. Once I got it parked I felt it was a bit tight. We went inside to talk to someone about going to larger space. In just a couple of minutes Toni had us in a bigger space and all of the paperwork taken care of. I should also give a shout out to Jennifer who helped with the original contract. Everyone was very helpful and made the process very easy
