Wowzers!!! Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a storage facility and some of the best customer service in the world. I'd give 5,000 stars if I could. I've owned two businesses and managed several. Super Star Great Dane and Madame Misty are the A-Team. If I owned a business, I'd want staff like them. Give them a raise boss!!! Both were super helpful, kind, friendly, compassionate, went out of their way to help me and answer my billion questions and deal with my slow zombie no coffee brain. They treated me like family right from the get go. I might just invite them over for Thanksgiving this year. It was obvious that they enjoy their job, but genuinely care about the customer and the service they provide. I can't express enough how grateful I am and how happy to experience such high quality service. It's rare, so I have to give credit were It's due and say something. Much appreciated. A thousand thanks, Dane and Misty. Mahalo.

Dane was absolutely fantastic. He helped me and my elderly mother solve all our storage needs with a big smile and very friendly and cheerful attitude. He made a very difficult situation easy and painless.

I had a great experience. Dane and Auntie Misty were amazing throughout the entire process, so helpful, caring, and also professional. The facilities were super clean and well maintiained, I felt safe storing my things here. Overall 10/10

Auntie Misty is wonderful! She is efficient, friendly, honest, informative, and thorough with all the details! She is such sweet sweet person too! (FYI Auntie is an endearing title for locals). I had to rent a space to store my parents things because they passed away and I had to clear their house to sell. Everything went so smoothly and quickly with Auntie Misty’s help! She was able to secure a 1st floor space, with a ready lock, and at an online price, all within 30 minutes! I was moving things into the storage space within 1 hour! The parking dock is large and covered, theres flat-bed rollers to use, easy automatic entry system, automatic open sliding doors, restrooms available, and cameras everywhere! Nice! We are a retired military family and have had storage spaces over 20 years, and this one ranks at the top! Other facilities have old odors, doors that have to be held open, dirty floors and cobwebs, and none had restrooms! Fully recommend Extra Space Storage in Hawaii Kai! Thank you Auntie Misty...you are a blessing!

The Extra Storage space in Hawaii is a convenient location for east oahu. The staff is excellent , very friendly, Very helpful and very easy to work with. In addition, there a great ahort term lease deals the pop up often.
