The Hawaii kai location has 2great people working there, Reina and Jon. Reina spoke to me over several months from my initial inquiry to the final set up. Moving my Mom's furniture all tbe way from Florida was a BIG deal for me. Especially the logistics of where and when things would arrive but she very kindly checked back with me to get the rental timeing right. And got me all set up with the paperwork and payment methods. It looks like a very clean facility and its nice and cool inside. Reina is friendly, knowlegable, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
