I want to thank Charles at Extra Space Storage for the excellent service? I believe he is the assistant manager, and honestly, I can’t fully express how wonderful he was with me. I’m going through a difficult time right now, and he made me forget about everything bad for a few minutes. They start you out with a low price and then unexpectedly raise the price $100 with no warning. The manager tells you ahead of time that’s gonna happen at some point and then says if you call her up, she can do you a favor and drop it another $25. In that last for a few months and then it goes back up again. I hate Unexpected price jumps and I find their pricing very deceptive. I have used a lot of rental places in my lifetime and but this is by far the worst. Go somewhere else.
