The 10'x5' (10 wide x5 deep) is not 5ft deep. It is closer to 3. Measure before you rent. This facility makes you buy their lock then refund if you have your own. They will also go around and put "extra space" stickers on your lock because apparently ppl have had their locks taken and replaced . (Free advertising...very poor practice) This facility has broken gates. *****EDIT: The "owner " has replied to this review to "contact him", but I have spoken to him and one of his (very nice) staff already... The offer to resolve is only because of this review. They did nothing to resolve this after to speaking to him personally about this false advertisement. ***EDIT#2**** Upon speaking with staff, I was advised under direction of Chris, the mgr, that all measurements are listed as ..and I quote.."APPROXIMATE". This unit is not even 4ft deep.
