I recently rented a storage unit at this facility and had an incredible experience (minus one payment issue hence one star off). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and assist with any concerns. Their professionalism made the rental process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was consistently clean and easy to access, with no issues navigating the space or using the loading dock during both move-in and move-out. However, I was disappointed by significant rent increases during my lease. I initially started at a base rate of $129 in October, but within less than a year, it had jumped to $222. To make matters worse, I wasn’t properly notified of these increases because the paperwork was sent to the wrong address. Had this not been the case, I would likely still be renting here. Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with Extra Storage as a whole (not specifically this facility).

Found the perfect storage unit. When I first reserve the space, everyone there made it easy to get things set up. There were sometimes I embarrassingly forgot to pay my bill, but they allowed me to take care of it no problem. I appreciate Alejandra patience and always taking care of me in a timely matter.
