Honestly, everything has been okish for over a year … the basement floods the neighboring units during hard rains but stopped short of mine. The mouse infestation was annoying — someone had food in their unit but they nested in my stored inventory. But most annoyingly, they raised the rent without notice, causing my bank to refuse the autopay I have had for over a year … now I will lose about three days access to my inventory. The location is convenient but the lack of responsible management has impacted my business and destroyed others (the audio guy at the end of the row lost his electronics due to flooding).
