Kim was outstanding in helping me. Extra Space Storage forces you to take insurance on the storage which us 10% of the cost of rent. Interestingly, the amount the cover is so little that does nor cover the 10% of the called of the contents. Just the charge, because they can.

Kim deserves a raise. We travel frequently and our storage needs vary. She found a perfect size unit, in a perfect place in the building that was easily accessible that would accommodate any shape/size item that we need to store.
