Kaija is an outstanding asset to your organization. She was very customer service friendly. I forgot how to get to my unit. She walked me over. She told me how to go with my car in the future. I forgot my access code and needed my lock cutoff. I can not stress how friendly and helpful she was. I really was very very impressed, and it was the best customer experience I had in a long time.

Great storage place. Very clean, great facilities and friendly and expert personnel. I definitely recommend using them for your storage needs.

Barb Chism everyone! That’s who helped me in my time of need. Barb is a enthusiastic and helpful employee here at Extra Space Storage. She’s got a great know how of what a customer is looking for in a unit and I’m happy she could be of assistance today. Go Barb!

Extra Space Storage finally has a friendly helpful employee! Marco is always willing to go the extra mile to help! I forgot my code once again and he was there to give it to me... all the while with a smile! The front is immaculate and not cluttered. As you walk in you know right away that your personal storage is safe. Dawn D
