Since the local office had not opened yet, I called the customer service line, and I was impressed by how patient, knowledgeable, and eager the representative was to help. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service from the Joliet Mall Loop Dr manager/supervisor. Even before the office officially opened, they noticed my multiple attempts to reach the location and proactively contacted me right away.
