We worked with Donna on reserving a larger storage unit a few doors down from our existing space. All of the associates we have dealt with have been top-notch! The facility is conveniently located, clean, well lit, and secure.

The manager Courtney out of the Joilet located on Essington is very helpful and caring. She goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. The only thing I dislike about the Joilet Location is the door opening size and the small flat bed dolly's. Its a struggle to get things in and out do to the overall door opening size being small and you can't load up much on the small carts. Otherwise great clean Location. I have yet to have any issues with Rodents or insect. Great location.

Cannot say better things about this location. I was hesitant about going with a storage unit for expanding my business, but it couldn’t have worked out better for the size I was operating at that time. Devan and Sophia in particular are very understanding and flexible when it comes to requests or help you might need—I'm not sure my business would be where it’s at today without them!
