I would give zero stars if google allowed me to. I paid extra for the climate-controlled unit. All my furniture and belongings had mold growing on them. I was told that I wouldn’t be compensated for this because I hadn’t paid for the insurance on the unit. If I’m paying for the climate-controlled unit, it should not have mold, plain and simple. Huge scam. The staff were also very rude and unfriendly on almost all occasions I went there. The pay increases were also insane, as many have said here. I was lied to upfront by the sales person. He told me that my rent would not increase for the first year, which was a complete and utter lie. It's not a business that cares about people, just cares about how much money they can put in their own pockets. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such a great facility. Clean, safe, spacious, and great customer service. Enoch was a great person to work with. He was very welcoming and informative. Sophia was also very helpful in getting me started on the app. Glad I chose this place.
