I always believe that it’s important to spend money and support businesses in your community. What exceptional service we received at the Matteson locations. Much appreciation to the staff for great customer service and superb assistance from the beginning to the end of my rental and storage needs. The facilty is clean, well lit, reasonable rates, and convenient accesss hours. We loved the storage rental promotion with the bonus of the free moving truck rental. You just can’t beat that. I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. JJ was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and he made the entire move-in process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, helpful, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and JJ went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed.
