My storage started at 90. A month. Now it’s $184. I will not go back to this place ever again. They bleed you dry. Taking my stuff out next month. No warning me at all!

I have been renting here for years. The staff is easy to work with and friendly. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because rate increases seem to be more common than the past.

We just moved our trailer here to n Wednesday. I called that same day but to a different location, all their spots were taken and a very bice lady helped me to get this spot, game me code, same move in date. I left them a 5?? right after the phone call. The payment was paid by my account. We moved the traler. All set. On Friday, today I get a voicemail “I noticed the lease is still not complete so that definitely needs to be completed or I'm gonna have to lock the other front gate” No courtesy call, due to this issue. I did not see the email or knew about any other documents to be signed. I think it is so disrespectful to threaten to fill out a lease or the gate will be closed.. it is the first time you’re reaching out! I plan on moving my trailer back to public storage. I always used their service for a very long time and never had issues or rude calls. Everything is so easy there, i am leaving them a five ?? review after this experience.
