Site is clean and accessible. 4 stars because I was caught off-guard by additional charge for lock and insurance, but this is my first time using a service like this so maybe that's normal.

Super pleased! Very clean, secure, and staff facility. Also, insanely affordable compared to many storage places. They are helpful and prompt. 24 hour access is a huge plus! Update: Had an issue recently and engaged directly with the location. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and provided a great resolution!!
