Yet another bait-and-switch storage company. Signed up a couple months ago for 43/month. After those 4 months, literally doubled my rate. Not a simple $5-$10 increase I could live with, literally DOUBLE (see photos). And there was nothing in the language while signing up that made it clear it was just a promotional rate. I just finished getting the unit packed and organized and now I'm going to have to move things again to a different company. Screw these tactics and any company that uses them. They've lost a customer permanently. Also, I had to spend $50 on admin fees for 4 months of use. Also, their facility smells like BO every time I walk inside it. It's an inferno during the summer because of it being in direct sunlight. Plus the storage unit they gave me has a lock slider that they've clearly removed multiple locks from, because there are multiple sharp gashes where bolt cutters have been used. It's very difficult not to cut myself every time I get into the unit. I was very meh on the facility until I got the email informing me my rate was doubling. Now I'm just livid and will be singing their "praises" to anyone who will listen. There's nothing special about this facility itself. It's all acceptable, although not ideal for the reasons mentioned above. Once combined with the terrible business practices, I'd recommend avoiding them like the plague.
