Amazing customer service These people are awesome. Second to none. Always my first choice to recommend and use. I'm a happy repeat customer. Makala was amazing in handling my account with me. She was absolutely professional and understanding of my circumstances. I assume Ash trained her well. If you need to place to keep your stuff. Extra space should always be your first call!!

I had the best experience this afternoon speaking with Makayla at ExtraSpace Storage on Southwest Boulevard. My son has had a storage space there for two years and all of a sudden my rate almost doubled. I called and had the best possible service with Michaela trying to understand the situation and looking over the history and sending the information to her supervisor for resolution . I very much appreciate the good customer service.

I was at the storage place for four year or more. I dealt with a manager named Ash the entire time . if we ever had a concern, he was always there to help us and make us more comfortable with any thing that came up. He worked with us until the end, and we are so appreciative that we were there. I highly recommend it for people looking for a place to go.
