I can’t say enough about Extra Space Storage. I got a few days behind because I had surgery. Lacy called to remind/check on me and totally understood why I was late paying. She was extremely empathetic to me. She treated me like a human being not like a storage unit. This makes the second time the have been extremely. ROCK IT OUT. Market & Brook location!!!

Brian is amazing! He goes beyond to assist . I wasn’t able to lock my unit door properly, he called me and let me know for the safety of my items he’s going to secure it. I’ve had two occasions where I couldn’t manage to place the lock In properly, he has assisted me both times ! He’s an awesome human. Professional human and overall made my move smooth! Thank you!
