I can’t thank Brian enough. Not only for being kind but more importantly for helping me with the things I called to have a conversation about. On the phone he said that they’re in the business of renting storage units, not selling peoples stuff and I know it was a small statement but as a customer it meant the world. It meant my world quite literally. Everything I own from small items to my most memorable keepsakes live in that unit. Brian helped me with a plan to make sure I get to keep the unit and continue to be a client for the foreseeable future. I’m grateful that extra space storage also has some extra love.

Nice to know that they have storage units that are available in downtown not something I quite honestly expected. And the up-to-date technology to be able to sign into the door park your car in side while unloading and whatnot was nice. However the elevator that doesn't like to open or move once the doors have been shut is a little bit of a concern. So I'm very happy that they had two elevators as I don't like getting stuck in a non-functioning elevator. But nice place decent security even though parking may not be great they do offer at least a place for you to technically unload while in a no parking zone. But from what I'm told the prices are decent it is indoors which is always a plus and with the way they constructed it in an older building It gave a version of security so I would look into it when I need to find a storage place of my own.
