Four stars so far. Good initial price. Great staff interaction. Clean and easy to navigate facility. Only complaint is in signing up online. What other business with whom you have to sign a contract expects you to pay before you sign the agreement? There are also a couple hidden costs (a special cylinder lock, one time administrative fee, and insurance). Also- there’s no indication of when and how much they will raise the price. At best I can tell they’re able to do it for any amount at their discretion.

Extremely easy to set up a storage unit reservation online. Taylor responded very quickly with all the details regarding my unit as well as help locating it. The property is clean and well lit with gated access which is great.
