Just signed up a couple months ago and the storage unit is clean and easy to get into. Jeff the manager is always friendly and checking in to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend this location.

We are long standing renters of two large units from 2012 to present. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Currier, Store Manager at the Cape Neddick, ME facility in June. His customer service was stellar, he is a true professional from speaking with him on the phone then meeting him in person, we were very impressed with his listening and communication skills. His knowledge of the storage leasing market was top notch and he was extremely helpful. He is very thoughtful and kind. A true gentleman. He is very personable and kind. We enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you to Jeff for all the help with getting my into my storage unit. As a first time renter Jeff helped me with my entry code (it didn't work), With finding my unit, showed me how to use the doors and locks and even got a cart for me to make it easier for me to offload all my things.
