Anyone who values good customer service knows how hard it is to come by in Baltimore City, but look no further—Joann at ExtraSpace knows how it’s done. She was transparent, personable, thoughtful, and deeply caring. She remembers her customers and takes care to personalize each experience. We got to chatting about Italian cookies and all of the sudden she jumped up and grabbed a bag of her own homemade cookies to offer my boyfriend and I one. It was such a kind gesture that immediately created a sense of comfort and trust—Joann makes a simple storage rental upgrade feel like a visit with family. We need more Joanns!!
