Everything went smoothly with the rental of the units, and moving out of the units was a painless process. The rent on the units went up significantly after the introductory rate expired. Just before my planned move out, I got another rate increase notification that was more than double what I was paying 10 months previously. So, I made sure to move out before that increase took effect. The person on-site (Sarah) was always pleasant and helpful and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Sarah was very helpful when it came to moving out, our house was finished and we no longer needed the space. Renting the unit was simple and moving out and terminating the lease was even easier. Definitely a great place to store your items.

Second unit I have rented. Staff is great and the place is always so clean and well kept. Love that they have both indoor and outdoor units. Great to just drive up and drop off, or the added protection of the climate control for those picky belongings.

Rented multiple units, the property is secure and clean. Units are easy to navigate through with a large vehicle and you can unload directly from your vehicle into the unit. Sarah has been a huge help with a few issues we had on our end, she has also answered a ton of questions for us. Definitely recommend this storage place over any others, the service is top notch!

My wife rented two units while we are remodeling our home. The property is always clean and well kept. We had an issue with our bank in the beginning and the young lady in the office was very helpful with getting everything fixed. Easy access to units as you can drive right to your unit and upload without the hassle of any elevators or hallways.

I recently temporarily needed a place for some extra stuff. I inquired about this based on the super low price, I was anticipating getting fees for days and days, but it wasn't the case. The young lady, "Sarah" is her name, was not only super professional which is primary but she was genuinely kind honest and forthright with every my new detail within the contract at this place. I just value such outstanding accommodating service when I see it and especially experience it in today's climate socially if you will. Thank you for being just a good old working American lady. I am poor anyone looking for a little storage to check this place out right on Newport drive in Forest Hill. You probably know that if you're at this point. Thank you Sarah. PS I don't know this girl and this wasn't solicited by her or contrived in any way it's my honest opinion. I'll stop back in 3 months if the rates go through the roof LOL. But getting in was an awesome deal!
