My experience with Extra Space Storage was mixed. The front gate at my location was always broken. The remote unlock for the front gate and climate control building worked half the time. They will continuously increase the rent every few months by as low as 17% to as high as 26% but guaranteed to happen every few months with really no justification. Would I recommend using Extra Space Storage, not the location I was using. If they want to increase the rents at least make sure everything is working properly, it’s not just the space you rented it’s the experience with the whole facility that matters.
