The manager Alex was very pleasant and exhibited excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and accomodating. Even though it was snowing and raining when I went in, he had no problem showing me the units I inquired about. The place is clean and the units are reasonably priced. If you are looking for a place to store your items long or short term give Extra Storage at 7315 Industry Lane. You will not be disappointed.
