Wonderful experience! Steve was AMAZING!!! My husband and I were looking to move to a different Extra Space Storage from Laurel. (Not a good experience) Steve answered ALL our questions and gave us a detailed tour, going above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and easily accessible. This is how storage should be. We look forward to keeping our items here. Thanks again Steve!

The Manager, Steve, was awesome. He was courteous, patient, and answered all of our questions. We were shopping around with different storage companies. I reserved a storage space online and was contacted by them to assist me. The entire process was the best customer service I have ever had. Brock went above and beyond to help me find the right storage space size for me and when I came in the store to complete the lease Steven was amazing in helping me complete the process. It was so easy and seamless. Throughout the entire process they were extremely kind and professional. Thank you guys truly keep up the great work. It truly was a pleasure to work with them.

Brock Milligan. Wonderful wonderful wonderful wonderful wonderful representative took so much time with me to explain everything and his patience is out the roof 108%! He took his time to take me upstairs and show me the elevator show me my rental space. To my surprise the person on duty, Brock, welcomed me with a smile and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile and made me feel valued as a customer.
