I can’t say enough good things about Matthew Lunstrum at Extra Space Storage on Brookfield Court. My son and I were trying to load a large piece into our truck, but it simply wouldn’t fit. Without us even having to ask twice, Matthew immediately grabbed his tools and helped us disassemble part of it so we could safely get it loaded. He truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who is so willing to step in, help, and genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of.
