I’m not sure if management changed, but one thing is for sure: this place used to be a 5 star facility. I’m talking 3+ years ago. Now? It’s a completely different story. Ever since last year, there’s been no AC, no proper air ventilation, and the place is humid as heck, which is absolutely terrible when you’re storing your belongings there. It honestly feels like management just stopped caring. And the elevators are a joke. There are TWO elevators, but only one actually works. And even that one is half broken. It gets stuck on the second floor, so every time you need it, you have to walk up the stairs to the second floor just to call it down. How is that acceptable for a storage facility? The facility itself is also dirty, dusty, and clearly not being maintained the way it should be. For a place where people are paying to store their belongings and expect a clean, secure environment, this is seriously disappointing. And oh, don't be surprised if you see roaches and their eggs around. This place has gone downhill badly. Whatever made this a 4.9 star facility years ago is clearly gone. I would honestly recommend looking somewhere else if you can afford to. Save yourself the headache and store your belongings somewhere that actually takes care of its facility. This is nowhere near the 4.9 star storage facility it used to be.
