I rented a unit over the summer with a friend and was out of town during the entire ordeal. I recommend only speaking to the manager as some of the other staff have been less than friendly. Speaking with Taylor yesterday caused me unnecessary anxiety and stress as she didn’t even try to look at the notes on my account when I spoke with her about what was going on with my unit. I was across the country and the store manager Jenn has been WONDERFUL in helping me during the time that I had my things in storage the facility. Her communication and insight has been FANTASTIC and they couldn’t have picked a better person to run this site. I feel confident that she’s going to do what she says she will do and has tried to assist me even with a roof repair that caused an issue to items in my unit.
