Dropped by ExtraSpace facility at 81 King St, Cohasset, MA and spoke to Su Jun Li, store manager. She was very efficient and pleasant explaining in detail what was available at this time, the pricing and the policy of the company I was pleased with her presentation and after being shown the unit decided to have our storage here at ExtraSpace. The property is well maintained and has easy access.

EXCEEDED 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!!! This is why going above & beyond keeps your business going on! I want to make SU JUN LI (the store manager) the 6th Star!!! CUSTOMER service experience & relationships are most important and Su is very patient with customers, never misses a beat in communicating to the key in all aspects! She took the time to physically show me the spaces so I could get a better idea of the space I needed! She is very calm, kind, funny, protective and caring about your needs & personal belongings being stored! I feel CONFIDENT about renting a unit here! FACILITY ENVIRONMENT is extremely important to your valuables and this facility is TOP NOTCH clean with access to a clean large bathroom! Access with elevators to all floors makes moving fluent & easy for people with disabilities! The front door access is open until 10:00pm & entire room stays heated. Above storage places stay cooler so belongings stay safe! Offering insurance is GREAT as well! Great prices! Make sure the CEO gets the message that Su keeps this facility top notch & I’ve been to A LOT of places so to surprise me with going above & beyond isn’t easy! Thank you Su and ExtraSpace Storage for caring about respecting people’s privacy & protecting life long memories… personal items seem to produce a “feeling, emotion”; for sentiment and its value is priceless!
