Enjoying my experience so far with a couple of caveats. The staff seem genuinely nice and are very welcoming. While there are two elevators, only one seems to be an operation. The one in operation is sometimes out of service and even when it is operational it jerks in a way that makes me feel unsafe riding it. There are also some inconsistencies in temperature regulation. The bottom floor is very well regulated, but the upper floors are incredibly hot. It is my understanding that this is something they are working on and so my review may need updating down the road. Otherwise, the facility is very clean and the space is perfect for my needs. They have many carts to aid in moving things in and out, and the space is easy to navigate. I ultimately chose to leave my storage unit as the temperature issues were not resolved. It was far too hot to store my items. Despite the lack of properly functioning AC, there was even a stairwell space heater churning out heat well into the summer. Some attention to detail should have been enough to notice and address this. I might consider renting from this location in the future, but only if the climate controlled storage were actually controlled and the elevators were maintained in a way that both worked in a way that doesn’t make one feel unsafe.
