I wasn't sure which storage unit size would best fit my needs, and he took the time to explain the different options without making me feel rushed. He also walked me through the rental process step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood everything before I signed up. Yehiah was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to receive such attentive customer service these days, and I really appreciate his help.
