I went through the rental process and it was terrific. The manager took me on a covid safe tour of my options and identified a unit that met my needs with a better than expected price. While I don't look forward to now having to move from my former more expensive facility, I think it will be totally worth the hassle once I am in this beautiful new facility. In subsequent years, the price rises were reasonable. When there was a more considerable jump this year, I called and the friendly staff helped to find me discounts to lower my rate. The facility hours are great and the facility is immaculately clean. There are always available dollies.

Experience was bad. The building was lock so I could not access my storage space. I called the number that was on the door. I spoke with "Sasha". She communicated well, but she is a little rude. She said because of an incident, the buidling is close until 2pm. At 1pm, I called to know if I could still come at 2pm. She said she was in the building, and it was open. I hope she did call me as soon as the building was open.

Muhammad and David were fantastic. Professional and friendly service, so that I got the perfect sized unit for storage. They didn’t hesitate to get up from their desk to show me sample sizes, and where the unit was located on the floor. The Extra Storage site was extremely clean, well lit, and secure.
